Tucuvi Joins Microsoft Pegasus Program to Expand AI Care Management

Tucuvi, a provider of AI-powered care management and clinical automation software, has joined the Microsoft Pegasus Program, gaining access to technical and commercial resources intended to support wider deployment of its AI-powered care management technology.

The company develops conversational AI agents that automate patient interactions and support clinical follow-up workflows. Its platform is designed to help health care providers manage patient outreach while maintaining clinical oversight.

Participation in Pegasus is expected to provide Tucuvi with Microsoft engineering support, cloud resources, and opportunities to reach enterprise customers through Microsoft's commercial network.

For health systems, AI-assisted care management could help address administrative workloads associated with patient monitoring, follow-up communications, and coordination across care teams.

The announcement also highlights the importance of governance as health care organizations expand their use of AI agents. Clinical workflows require controls over patient information, escalation procedures, and decisions that must remain under professional supervision.

For enterprise IT teams, deploying these systems involves integrating AI services with existing health care applications while meeting security, privacy, and operational requirements.

The partnership reflects growing interest in moving clinically focused AI applications beyond limited deployments into broader health system operations.
