Enzo Health Launches Agent-Based EHR Platform for Home Healthcare Providers
Enzo Health, an AI-native platform built for home health, has introduced what it describes as an agentic electronic health record (EHR) platform tailored for home healthcare organizations, aiming to unify clinical and administrative processes within a single system. Unlike legacy EHR systems that add AI features to aging architecture, Enzo EHR replaces that architecture entirely. Enzo's first-of-its-kind, agentic EHR connects and automates every step of the home health workflow in a single platform.
The platform uses AI agents to automate tasks across the home healthcare lifecycle, including patient intake, referral management, care coordination, documentation, and reimbursement workflows. The goal is to reduce administrative burdens and improve operational efficiency for providers.
Enzo Health said the system connects processes that are often managed through separate applications, allowing healthcare organizations to streamline information flow from initial referrals through billing and payment. The platform is designed to support both clinical teams and back-office operations.
