Madaket Brings Its Health Admin Automation Platform to AWS
Healthcare organizations running all or part of their infrastructures on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud now have easy access to Madaket Health's provider data management (PDM) platform.
Madaket says its flagship SaaS-based PDM solution is used by over 80 percent of all U.S.-based health services providers. This month, the company announced that its PDM platform is now available on the AWS Marketplace, expanding access to one of the medical industry's most-used transaction management platforms.
"By leveraging AWS, we're able to expand our offering to a wider audience looking to decrease administrative work through additional simplification and automation," said Madaket CEO Eric Demers in a prepared statement last week.
Madaket's PDM platform aims to streamline everyday tasks related to health care administration, including licensing, payer enrollment, credentialing and provider profile management, saving providers time and money. Madaket's platform promises to automate common complex workflows, provide access to real-time provider and payer data, and, ultimately, slash the time and cost to complete key health care administrative operations.
"The current system that makes up healthcare administrative work needs to evolve so providers can free up more of their time to continue providing the care their patients need," said Madaket co-founder and chief product officer Ted Achtem in explaining the platform's purpose. "Less time should be spent on licensing, profile management, credentialing, and other administrative work that can be automated through a singular provider data management platform."
Madaket's platform is available from the AWS Marketplace here via a subscription model.
