Overcoming the Challenges of Cloud Transformation for Healthcare Organizations
Date: Wednesday, July 26th at 11am PT / 2pm ET
The cloud certainly creates a lot of potential – but moving to the cloud can be full of challenges. Healthcare organizations have become experts at running on-premises datacenters or private clouds. The always-on, patient critical nature has shaped this type of investments and skills. Additionally, different clouds have different benefits and resources which is creating a need for most organizations to have data and applications in multiple clouds. This results in organizations having to learning new tools and operational capabilities which can contribute to a siloed approach of applications.
During this webinar Scott Beckwith, Director VMware Cloud, and Tom Twyman, Cloud Solutions Architect at VMware, will explore how Healthcare organizations are approaching the strategic, operational, economic, and technological imperatives in order to accelerate their journey to the cloud.
