Adobe's New Cloud Health Care Platform Goes Live
In mid-March Adobe announced the general availability of Adobe Experience Cloud for Healthcare, its enterprise cloud offering customized for the healthcare industry and designed to give providers a secure end-to-end cloud-based patient portal and data insight solution.
The offering sits on the backbone of Adobe's Experience Cloud, its cloud business offering, and includes the new Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, all of which are, of course, HIPAA-ready, the company said.
According to Adobe, the solution can be customized for use by health care systems and providers, insurance companies, life sciences and pharmacies.
“As consumers become increasingly comfortable with digital experiences, it’s incumbent on healthcare enterprises to offer the same trusted personal experiences both online and in the office,” commented Stephen Frieder, head of global sales at Adobe, in a prepared statement. “Now with Adobe Experience Cloud for Healthcare, healthcare enterprises can build trust, improve wellness outcomes and personalize the experience with critical insights.”
According to Adobe, current customers include Change Healthcare, Eli Lilly, GE Healthcare, Mercy Health, Pfizer; and Walgreens Boots Alliance, among others.
